Here at Westchester Fight Club, our Women’s Fitness Cardio KickBoxing Class is one of our most attended classes. Why!? Because YOU get an amazing workout, burn 800 to 1000 calories! AND learn how to kick and punch correctly, for fitness as well as self defense. Our instructor works with you; demonstrating proper technique so you get the most power from your kicks and punches. Our KickBoxing Classes are a great workout, which is compromised of bag work, pad work, calisthenic and plyometric exercises. During our Cardio Kickboxing workout you can push yourself to new limits. The class schedule is convenient; classes are from Monday to Saturday, with times starting at 9:30 am and as late as 8:30 pm.
